No-Refund Policy

Serava sells acquisition-intelligence access: ranked target maps, contact-signal coverage snapshots, CSV exports, workflow tools, and outreach-support materials. Paid unlocks are priced from the coverage shown before checkout.

Paid target-map unlocks and Pro subscriptions are final sale and non-refundable. The product is access to a research workflow and data snapshot, not a guaranteed acquisition result, seller response, verified phone file, valuation, broker service, or advisory engagement.

If a delivered target map materially misses the quoted row count or coverage snapshot shown before checkout, Serava may, at its discretion, refresh the map, replace unusable rows, provide a product credit, or extend access. A cash refund is available only for duplicate charges, failed delivery that Serava cannot reasonably remedy, or cases where a refund is required by law.

No refund is available for normal data aging, businesses changing phone numbers or websites after purchase, buyer strategy changes, lack of seller response, missed outreach results, or information that was accurately shown as unavailable, redacted, inferred, estimated, or low-confidence before checkout.

Managed outreach, custom research, and advisory-style work may be governed by separate written terms. Serava is not a broker, investment bank, valuation provider, law firm, accounting firm, or registered advisor.
