No-Refund Policy

Serava sells acquisition-intelligence access: ranked target maps, contact-signal coverage snapshots, CSV exports, workflow tools, and outreach-support materials. Free previews are free; Pro subscription access is paid.

All Pro purchases are final sale and strictly non-refundable. Serava does not offer refunds, cash back, money-back guarantees, or partial credits of any kind, except in the narrow cases where a refund is strictly required by applicable law. The product is access to a research workflow and a data snapshot — not a guaranteed acquisition result, seller response, verified phone file, valuation, broker service, or advisory engagement.

Data is provided "AS IS." Everything Serava delivers is compiled from public sources and may be inaccurate, incomplete, estimated, inferred, redacted, low-confidence, or out of date. Phone, website, and LinkedIn coverage varies by industry and geography and is shown per row before you act on it. Serava makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, currency, deliverability, seller response, or acquisition outcome, and you are responsible for independently verifying any record before relying on or acting on it. At its sole discretion and with no obligation, Serava may refresh a map or provide a non-cash product credit as a courtesy — this is never a cash refund and creates no entitlement.

No refund is available for normal data aging, businesses changing phone numbers or websites after purchase, buyer strategy changes, lack of seller response, missed outreach results, or information that was accurately shown as unavailable, redacted, inferred, estimated, or low-confidence before checkout.

All sales are final — no refunds. Serava Pro delivers owner-contact data immediately on upgrade. Because that data cannot be returned once accessed — and because you can reveal 3 real owner contacts on your own map for free before you pay, to confirm the data fits your market first — every Pro purchase is final sale and non-refundable. Serava offers no refunds, no cash back, and no money-back guarantee. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this final-sale policy and agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute inconsistent with it. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals (access continues through the end of the period you have paid for) but does not refund the current or any prior period.

Custom research or advisory-style work, if any, is governed by separate written terms. Serava is not a broker, investment bank, valuation provider, law firm, accounting firm, or registered advisor.
