Tell us the deal you want. We build the list.
A sourcing mandate is fixed-fee and done for you. You describe your acquisition thesis in your own words, not by picking from a dropdown, and we screen it against 35,000+ companies across the US and Canada and hand back the target list.
What every mandate includes
- Sourced to your thesis in your words, not to a fixed industry list
- Chain, franchise and branch locations removed, and named, so you can check
- Owner names and direct contacts where they exist, with a stated count where they do not
- Revenue and EBITDA labelled as modeled, never presented as reported
We will not invent coverage to fill a list. Where owner contacts do not exist in the public record, the mandate says so and gives you the count. That honest number is the point of buying it from us rather than scraping it.
Where our coverage is deepest
We source across every industry we cover, and we will tell you up front how thin a market is before you commit. Trucking and logistics is the one where the public record is richest: 380,000+ US motor carriers carry a named owner, a personal email and a direct phone, drawn from the FMCSA federal register rather than scraped. See the trucking coverage by state.
The other deep pocket is a different channel, and it is bigger than most people expect: 1,288,102 companies across 10 healthcare and clinical verticals carry a named owner and a direct line on the same record, from 58% to 92% depending on the vertical (Optometry / Eye Care is the deepest at 92%). Owner email is not the channel there; the practice line is. If you are building in one of those, the list is workable the week you get it.
Outside those two pockets the public record thins out fast, and a mandate there buys the research rather than a contact list. That is the honest version, and it is the conversation we would rather have before you pay than after.
Pick a scope
What you buy, where, what size, and what disqualifies a target. The more specific the brief, the less we have to guess, and anything we cannot resolve we come back and ask.
One-time payment, taken by Stripe. The 10-working-day clock starts when the payment clears.
A mandate is delivered by a person, not a pipeline. You will hear from us directly, and we will come back with questions if the brief leaves room for more than one reading.Prefer to talk it through first? Book 20 minutes.
