How does Pro work day-to-day?
Build a free deal map first to validate that the targets exist for your thesis. From inside the deal map, upgrade to Pro with one click via Stripe checkout. Your 21-day Pro trial starts immediately — phone, website, LinkedIn signals get unlocked on every target where publicly available (per-row coverage varies; the data we have appears on each company's coverage strip). After the trial, billing kicks in at $199/mo unless you cancel.
Can I create maps before I subscribe?
Yes. The Free Preview tier gives you 1 ranked target map per month. Build that first to validate Serava is real and useful for your industry + geography. Once you want full contacts + CSV + ongoing workflow, upgrade to Pro from inside the deal map.
What happens when I hit my map limit?
You can still browse and refresh all existing maps. New mandate creation pauses until next month's reset (or you can keep refreshing the markets you've already mapped — that doesn't count against the limit).
What if I want help deciding who to contact first?
Use the feedback button or book Sadra from inside the target map. The goal is to narrow the list to the companies worth pursuing first, not to sell a separate sourcing program.
