These placeholder terms govern the current Serava target-map preview, workflow, and contact-pack unlock experiment. They are not final legal terms and should be reviewed by counsel before broad paid launch.

No payment is required to submit a lead form, request a free preview, or be contacted about a target-review call. Paid contact-pack unlocks are offered only after a preview and coverage snapshot are shown.

Serava provides acquisition-intelligence software: target maps, public-source signals, coverage metrics, saved shortlists, notes/statuses, CSV exports, and outreach-support materials. Serava is not a broker, investment bank, valuation provider, law firm, accounting firm, lender, fiduciary, or registered advisor.

Company records, contact signals, ratings, reviews, revenue ranges, owner clues, and fit scores are directional research signals. They may be incomplete, stale, inferred, or unavailable. You are responsible for verifying important facts before outreach, diligence, valuation, negotiation, financing, or closing.

Paid unlocks and Pro subscriptions are final sale unless applicable law requires otherwise. If the delivered target map materially misses the row count or coverage snapshot shown before checkout, Serava may refresh the map, replace unusable rows, provide product credit, or extend access at its discretion. Cash refunds are limited to duplicate charges, failed delivery that cannot reasonably be remedied, or cases required by law.
